Early Language Literacy and Numeracy (ELLN) Digital

With support from the United States Agency for International Development, and in partnership with the Department of Education, the Foundation conceptualized, developed and piloted ELLN Digital, a technology-supported early language literacy and numeracy teacher professional development program for K to 3 teachers.

Beneficiaries: Over 4,000 teachers in 31 divisions and 11 regions nationwide during the pilot (2015 to 2017). Scaled up nationwide by the Department of Education beginning 2019.
